Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed at virenoranutrition.com. Virenora Nutrition products are marketed and distributed by CLD Strategic Holdings LLC.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at hello@virenoranutrition.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid. You will not be asked to pay return shipping, and in most cases we will not ask you to send the item back.

Unopened products

Because these are ingestible products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and with the manufacturer's seal intact. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first at hello@virenoranutrition.com for a return authorization; returns sent without one cannot be processed.

Opened products

For safety reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned or resold. This does not affect your rights where a product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

Return shipping

If the return is the result of our error, a damaged item, or a defective product, we cover the return shipping cost. For any other return, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

How refunds are issued

Once your return is approved, or once we have confirmed a damaged or incorrect order, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order yourself for 15 minutes after placing it, using the link in your order confirmation email. After that, email hello@virenoranutrition.com immediately with your order number. Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner as soon as they are paid, and we can usually still stop one within about 2 hours of it being placed. Once an order has been prepared for shipment we can no longer cancel it, in which case the return and refund process above applies.

Subscriptions

We do not currently offer subscriptions. If subscription purchasing is introduced, its cancellation and refund terms will be shown at the point of purchase.
