Shipping policy

Virenora Nutrition products are marketed and distributed by CLD Strategic Holdings LLC and ship from our fulfillment partner's United States warehouse.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Some products may carry destination restrictions. If a restriction applies to an item in your order, it is shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 7 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Transit time

Once an order leaves the warehouse, standard delivery within the United States is estimated at 2 to 4 business days. Delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and the destination, and the exact charge is shown before you complete your purchase. We do not add a separate handling fee.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as tracking becomes available from the carrier.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the processing time stated above, we will email you with a revised estimate and the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. If we do not hear back from you and cannot meet the revised date, we will cancel the order and refund it in full.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and reshipment costs may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@virenoranutrition.com with your order number and photographs of any damage. See our Return and Refund Policy for how these are resolved.
